Advocate Rajan Malkani has completed 47 years of Active and Full-fledged practice in all the branches of legal systems.

He Commenced Legal Practice in the year 1976 and is continuing today with focus on qualitative excellence. He has carried the legacy of Law inherited from his family fast forward as a 3rD Generation Advocate independently as the Proprietor of Rajan Malkani & Co, Advocates High Court Bombay. The Constitution of India guarantees equality of opportunity and equal status to both men and women Citizenry. Article 14 of the Constitution enshrines equality before Law and Article 15 Prohibits any form of discrimination. Hence according to him it is imperative that nobody should be deprived of Legal Assistance and any Law Machinery which fails to provide quick and effective measures against social wrongs hardly deserves to be called a system. Similarly, where people do not exercise their Legal rights, the system tends to become rusted. Hence for proper functioning, knowledge and availability of legal remedy should be widely disseminated, which is his mission as an Advocate. He recalls with grateful thanks the overwhelming support, patronage and trust he has received from his clients in more than 47 years of hard work which has built up that experience and expertise and landed him that rare insight into the art of practicing Law of which he is legitimately proud.
